Service Agreement «teleshop.pro»
Public offer of online service "teleshop.pro" and telegram bot @teleshop_pro_bot
General Provisions
This agreement is a public offer of the online service "teleshop.pro" and telegram bot @teleshop_pro_bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") to conclude a Public Agreement on the provision of services for using the system (hereinafter - the "Agreement").
The Service undertakes to provide services under the terms of this Agreement to every person who has accepted this Agreement by registering on the website teleshop.pro (as well as on subdomains) and in the telegram bot @teleshop_pro_bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Client's acceptance of the Agreement (acceptance of the offer) occurs at the moment of authorization in the Service, namely at the moment the Client presses the "Start" button in the Service's telegram bot or after registration via the link: https://my.teleshop.pro/
The Service reserves the right to change the Agreement at any time. Use of the Service after the Client changes this Agreement automatically leads to acceptance of the changes. If the Client does not agree with the new Agreement, they can delete their Account on the Service by contacting the Service through the bot @teleshop_pro_bot
The Service does not separately store the Agreement with each Client. The Client can always view the current Agreement on the Service website.
Terms and General Provisions
The parties have agreed that the following terms in this Agreement have the following meaning:
Service
Website on the internet located at https://www.teleshop.pro/ and all available public subdomains. As well as telegram bot @teleshop_pro_bot (Hereinafter as Bot)
User
A website visitor who entered the site and did not register.
Client
User who registered on the Service website through social networks or by creating an account using an email address. And has passed authorization in the Bot. The Client is the store owner and sells goods or services through various sales channels.
Account
Client's account on the Service.
Teleshop Store
A bot created by the Client in telegram messenger using the "teleshop.pro" service, which is used for selling products in Telegram messenger.
Tariff
A certain set of Service services which may have a price set by the Service, prices for different Tariffs may vary.
1. User Registration
User registration is necessary to create a Client Account through which the User will be able to create a Teleshop store.
Age Restrictions
To become a Service Client, the User must be 18 years old.
Registration methods:
- Through email address using the page: https://my.teleshop.pro/
- Through Telegram messenger
Important: Provide a valid email address during registration. If you need to change your email address, contact the Service using the telegram bot: @teleshop_pro_bot
2. Conditions for Creating Teleshop and Providing Services
2.1. Conditions for Creating Teleshop
To create a Teleshop, the Client must be the store owner or an authorized representative of the owner.
2.2. Providing Service to the Client
In case of any malfunctions that prevent the Client from receiving Service services, the Service may take all possible actions to eliminate the problems, and the Client in turn takes responsibility for timely notification of the Service when finding malfunctions and errors.
Limitation of Liability: During the Service restoration time and after it, the Service cannot take responsibility for any damages caused during the time of malfunction or complete absence of Service operation.
3. Service Management. Intellectual Property
Management of the Service and its components is carried out by individuals who own the domain teleshop.pro.
Copyright Protection
By registering or using the Service without registration, the Client or User is aware that the Service owns all the content of the website teleshop.pro and all its subdomains.
Prohibited: copying, distributing, publicly displaying and transmitting derivatives of the Service website, or using any materials belonging to the Service without obtaining appropriate permission.
4. Personal Data
The privacy policy is part of this Agreement. By registering on the Service, the Client consents to the use and processing by the Service of their personal data provided to the Service in the process of use.
Guarantees: The Service guarantees to the Client the use of personal data provided during registration on the Service website, exclusively in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection.
5. Account Security
5.1. Client's Obligations Regarding Account Security
- The Client is personally responsible for storing login data for the Account
- The Client does not disclose their Service access data to third parties
- The Client must immediately notify the Service through @teleshop_pro_bot about suspicions of unauthorized use
5.2. Possible Reasons for Account Deletion/Blocking
The Service reserves the right to delete or block the Client's Account if the Client violates any valid point of the Agreement.
5.3. Bot Disconnection and Refund
The Service reserves the right to disconnect the bot and refund the subscription in cases:
- If it is found that the Client is using fraudulent schemes
- At the request of law enforcement agencies in connection with the investigation of possible violations of the law
Refund Period: within 30 days from the moment of bot disconnection.
7. Prices and Financial Operations
7.1. Refund Conditions
Important: Any Payment or Balance Top-up is non-refundable, as the Client pays or calculates the required amount for top-up independently.
Exception: If the Client incorrectly calculated the required amount for Balance Top-up, the Client must contact the Service within 24 hours from the moment of Top-up.
7.2. Prices and Payment Terms
- The Client pays for Service services only for the period when they plan to use them
- The Service does not charge any automatic payments from the Client's bank account
- The Service may change Tariff prices 3 days after notification
- All paid funds will go to the benefit of VILARO GROUP LLC
8. Email Mailing
In order to notify its Clients about the operation of the Service, the Service sends emails to the email specified by the Client in the Account. By registering on the Service, the Client confirms their agreement to receive such emails from the Service.
Unsubscribe from mailing: If necessary to refuse emails, the Client can contact the Service using the telegram bot: @teleshop_pro_bot with a request to delete the Account.
9. Term of Agreement. Making Changes
This Agreement is considered concluded at the time of User registration on the website or in the Service's Bot and is valid until the Client's Account is deleted.
Making Changes
The Service has the right to unilaterally make changes and additions to this Agreement and is not obliged to notify each Client personally about this.
Entry into Force: Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website teleshop.pro, except in cases where the new text of the agreement provides for a different procedure.
